“Can’t say enough about the staff and accommodations at the Zermatt Resort & Spa. The staff has got to be the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered and I have traveled the world for business. They TRULY enjoy their job and it shows! The rooms were very comfortable and the half day treatment at the Spa facilities was a mistake, should have taken the full day treatment since the 1/2 day was so wonderful. I don’t normally write reviews but this experience deserved to be shouted out loud. I strongly encourage you experience this property, I am certainly glad I did!!”

“This is the second year that we have stayed at Zermatt. The hotel is great; it has all the amenities we were looking for (heated pool, restaurants, bar, room service, etc.). The added bonus is that with the Adventure Haus on site, you can pick up lift tickets at a discount. It is just a short drive to the slopes but worth the drive! We enjoyed this year just as much and will make it our tradition!”

“Room was spacious, clean, with beautiful view of snow-covered mountain. Don’t usually use spa facilities but did here and were not disappointed. My wife had excellent massage. I swam in beautiful heated pool which allows you to swim both inside and outside, even in winter. Staffs were uniformly friendly and helpful, enough for it to be something we remarked about again and again. Zermatt was a real find, and a quiet respite from the craziness at the Sundance Film Festival, which is what brought us there in the first place.”

“The Zermatt is a must if you are travelling to the Park City – Midway area. It is an easy fifteen minute drive to the slopes in Park City. It is peaceful, clean, well decorated and the staff is exceptional. The view from all rooms is awesome and the facilities are great. The pool, both indoor and outdoor, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and exercise rooms are top of the line as is the spa. The staff was always available and willing to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. To sum it up, the Zermatt is Awesome. It is also a great value and the staff made our vacation the very best we’ve ever had. We will be back next year.”
