Cancellation Policy

Zermatt's No Risk Vacation Guarantee ("Cancellation Policy")

• First night deposit due at time of reservation.

• One night of the reservation is forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival.

• If a reservation is not cancelled, one night of the reservation is forfeited.

• Proof of cancellation (cancellation number provided by Zermatt reservations) required for refund of deposit.

• First night deposit due at time of reservation and is non-refundable.

• Balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival.

• Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival, entire amount is forfeited.

• Proof of cancellation (cancellation number provided by Zermatt reservations) required for refund.

• If a reservation is not cancelled, the entire amount of the reservation is forfeited.

• 50% of the deposit is due at time of reservation.

• Balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival.

• Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival, entire amount is forfeited.

• Proof of cancellation (cancellation number provided by Zermatt reservations) required for refund.

• If a reservation is not cancelled, the entire amount of the reservation is forfeited.
