Schneitter's Restaurant winner of the 2009 Best of State Buffets, offers guests a choice of our weekly signature buffets or savory ala carte menu. Friday night's Seafood Buffet, Saturday Night's Italian Buffet and Sunday's Big City Brunch is a must. Zermatt's ala carte menu offers the warmth, memories and bold flavors known and loved by all. Dine amid a décor of cross-vaulted arches and beautiful stained glass. Plan a group meal and enjoy either "Stammtisch" featuring family style platters or a fine dining experience pairing impeccable food and wine. 

Schneitter's Restuarant is open Monday through Saturday from 5:30 - 9:00 PM serving from our winter menu. The award winning buffets will continue to be served on Friday and Saturday nights starting at 5:00 PM.

Our seafood buffet offers selections from around the globe. We feature a Baja styled fish taco station with all of the toppings you can imagine. The raw bar has giant Alaskan split crab legs, crisp peel and deveined shrimp, various crab claws, Santa Barbara mussels and oysters from the Pacific Northwest. Our fin fish features Atlantic salmon, Hawaiian game fish and Pacific halibut. All of our fin fish have a distinct salsa or sauce adding unique flavors. Our roll-to-order Sushi and Sashimi station is a must, with vegetable rolls and all of your favorites. We feature #1 grade Ahi at the station and it will blow you away with the richness of color and taste. And of course don't forget the Wasabi, fresh pickled ginger and spiced seaweed. We also have several dishes for the mainlanders and a complete kids station; there is no reason to leave them home. Come and enjoy da-kine, flip flops are welcome.
