Meet The Chef

Chris Sheehan

Chef Chris Sheehan brings his expertise to the Bakery at Zermatt Utah with over 30 years of experience in the culinary scene. He was classically trained and graduated with honors from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, California. Then his journey led him to hold the Executive Pastry Chef position at Snowbird Ski Resort and The Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City for a combined 8 years. Before settling in Midway 11 years ago with his wife of 38 years, he was the Executive Chef of Park Meadows Country Club in Park City, Utah for 9 years. Along with his passion for creating beautiful and delicious pastries, he is an avid fly fisherman and outdoor enthusiast with a love for his wife, 3 grown kids, 3 grandkids, an awesome dog and very old cat.
