Sam Phelan

Executive Chef Sam Phelan brings years of hotel experience and unique culinary innovation to Zermatt Resort and Spa. A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, Chef Sam has worked in distinguished resorts from Vermont to California, including the Calistoga Ranch in Napa Valley, as well as the Montage Deer Valley and Waldorf Astoria in nearby Park City. Now settled in Midway, Chef Sam delivers exceptional quality and unforgettable dining experiences for Zermatt’s guests and visitors.
