The Wellness Center at Zermatt Resort is the gateway to a healthy active lifestyle. Focused on blending a regimen of wellness methodology into the spa experience, the Wellness Center promotes a total body approach to health.
The Wellness Center offers an extensive cardio and universal weight equipment facility, as well as holistic classes such as Hatha Yoga and Zumba. We also offer free weights and space for floor/mat workouts. All of our cardo machines come with a beautiful view of the Zermatt grounds, featuring our warm ponds. Breathtaking panoramic views of the Wasatch Mountains encourage and motivate your spirit. After a workout, relax in one of the private or coed steam and dry sauna rooms, or the European “ruheraum” (meditation room).

The Wellness Center is open daily from 6:00 am – 10:00 pm
Yoga
Yoga class starts at 10:00 am every Saturday morning.
Classes are complimentary for resort guests and $8.00 to the general public
